By accessing or using Quran Digital ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Description of Service
Quran Digital is a free, web-based Quran reading application that provides access to the Holy Quran text, translations, and learning materials. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. All Quranic content is sourced from verified databases and displayed for educational and spiritual purposes.
Quranic Content & Accuracy
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all Quranic text, translations, and tajweed markings. However, we make no guarantees regarding the absolute correctness of the displayed content. Users are encouraged to verify readings against printed Mushaf copies. The Quranic text follows the Uthmani script standard as provided by Tanzil.net.
Intellectual Property
The Quranic text is public domain. The App's design, code, UI/UX, and original content are licensed under the MIT License and are available on GitHub. Third-party fonts and resources are used under their respective licenses. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the App's proprietary elements without prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise the App's functionality; (b) use the App to distribute harmful or offensive content; (c) scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract large portions of content without permission; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quran Digital or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
